The bed was lumpy, shabby elevators, halls and reception.

Really tired looking. Needs new flooring, update in lobby, corridors. Needs new mattresses.

The Radisson - Parliament hill is a beautiful hotel with a friendly staff. The restaurant provided good food.

Close proximity to downtown; comfortable bed.

No tea making facilities or fridge in room; was charged for parking twice; dark, dreary decor; expensive restaurant; extremely noisy.

The hotel offered pretty basic amenities and the best thing about it was it's location. I was surprised to find that there was no fridge and that one was expected to use ice in a bucket to keep one's water or other drinks cold. On our first night we roamed around the hotel looking for ice (not what we felt like doing after a day's traveling) and duly filled our bucket and left our water bottle in it. By morning it had melted and we found there was a crack in the ice bucket that left a huge flood of melted ice all over the floor. ...read more

Decent price and convenient location.

Surprise about parking rate with cheaper parking across the street.

Almost on the edge of all of the sights and a block from the underground walkway. If you were going in winter it would be better to go a couple of blocks closer to parliment.
